After our engagement, I did buy her a ring, I had the dating agency delete my and my fiance profile. Today I find my fiance’s profile updated and active on many agency websites. I am not sure if my fiance ordered it back up or the agency did it on their own. Should I ask her if she is having second thoughts about me? It can’t be that I am American because the site is targeting English speaking men.

Have you actually met your “fiancee”? I am guessing “no”.

Keep in mind that many (most) of these “dating” sites, especially the free or low cost ones, are simply scam sites that re-use the same women’s photos and profiles over and over, to keep men spending money on their site to “communicate with the woman”. Most of these women do not even know their pictures and information are being used.

Often, these sites will pay a woman for photos, which the women gladly take without knowing why. Sometimes the sites will tell them a story such as “my foreign relative wants to send me money, but I lost my passport. I will pay you $ 50 to let me use yours to recieve the money”.

The letters are often written by paid translators, who simply recycle the same letters to many men (my wife is a translator, and has been approached for this type of “work”).

Even phone calls, if you are required to go through the site, are bogus setups.

If you have to use the site to communicate, and pay the site to communicate, you can be guaranteed it is a scam.

Do not send money, buy jewelry, or get too attached until you actually fly to Ukraine and meet this “woman”.
